If you are a client or hiring manager who engages with flexible workers or contractors, or if you are a contractor yourself, we are running a series of webinars to help you understand the legislation, what it means to you and what actions you should be taking to prepare yourself.
The anticipated changes to IR35 in the Private Sector are closer than ever and there is lots of planning to do before the legislation changes.
Doing nothing is simply not an option.
The Off-Payroll legislation was already rolled out in the Public Sector in 2017. We supported all of our Public Sector clients and contractors through these changes and are now in a business as usual setup with them. As a result, we are in a great position with hands on experience in managing this change on a large scale and want to use that experience to help you in the Private Sector.
The latest consultation has been released and contains the likely changes that we are to see in the Private Sector.
