'Stitch It, Wear It' Embroidery Workshop at The Harpenden Arms, Harpenden

Turn any item of clothing into something FABULOUS in this fun and relaxed embroidery workshop that covers beginners/intermediate embroidery!

Come and join us for a fun, relaxed evening of embroidery and creativity! Sip & Sew is popping up at The Harpenden Arms to show you just how joyful (and easy!) hand embroidery can be – all while enjoying a drink or two with friends.

In this beginner-friendly workshop you’ll learn how to give your clothes and accessories a gorgeous, totally unique twist. We’ll cover everything you need to feel confident:

• Where to place your design
• A variety of simple stitches
• How to blend colours, add beads & sequins, and finish beautifully

Bring your own item to customise (a jacket, jeans, tote, shirt – anything you love!) or simply use one of our blank tote bags if you’d rather start fresh.

What’s included:
✨ 2 hours of friendly, hands-on tuition
✨ All materials – ‘stick & stitch’ soluble patterns, threads, needles, beads, sequins
✨ A take-home ‘How-To’ stitch guide
✨ Plenty of inspiration and one-to-one help

Drinks are available at the bar (not included in the ticket).

Absolutely no experience needed – every pattern is designed to work for complete beginners through to experienced stitchers. All abilities are very welcome!
