Future Pathways Evening - Haringey X STM Sixth Form

We are delighted to invite you to our Future Pathways Evening on Wednesday 4th February 2025. Following the success of our event last year are welcoming students and parents from across Haringey to our Career and University Fair, giving more young people the opportunity to have first-hand encounters with employers, universities and apprenticeship providers.

Discover a World of Opportunities

One of the highlights of this evening is the chance to explore various career paths. We have representatives from numerous sectors, including business, healthcare, technology, the creative sector, and more. This diversity means you can gain insights into roles you may not have previously considered. Engaging with professionals in different fields can open your eyes to new possibilities and inspire you to pursue a path you hadn’t imagined.

Network with Professionals

Networking is a crucial skill in today’s job market, and the Pathways Evening provides the perfect environment to practice it. You’ll have the opportunity to meet professionals who can share their experiences and offer guidance. Don’t hesitate to approach them with questions about their careers, the paths they took, and any advice they might have for someone just starting out. Building these connections can be beneficial not just for immediate guidance, but also for future internships or job opportunities.

Explore Further Education and Training Options

For those considering higher education or specialised training, this evening will also feature representatives from higher education and vocational training institutions. Our Ofsted outstanding Sixth Form is also present, where you can learn more about the strong partnerships our departments have with external organisations and the pathways that follow studying each subject.
