Psychologyatthecoast is a service run by Anna for Personal coaching, Mindfulness & Self Compassion courses  and  workshops for mental health professionals and everyone who is dedicated to make the best of their lives. There are weekly mindful movement and other drop in sessions to keep your mindfulness and mindful self compassion practice going. Anna has 20 years experience in the field of occupational health and NHS psychology and therapy.

The Deep Dive is a series of three day Re-Treats on St MAry's Island. Part 1 (October) Set Sail; tools & practices for wholehearted Living.  Part 2 (November) Jump In: Who you are is how you love/parent/live. Part 3 (December) Dig Deep: Deliberate, Intentional, Generous self-discovery. 
We serve Lunch or Afternoon Tea depending on the tide times and welcoming you to a day stranded on an island, overlooking the seals, the sea and the full moon. A day to come home to yourself.
