FRAthletics’ Adult Strength & Conditioning programme is designed to help participants develop functional strength, endurance, mobility, and athletic performance. Sessions combine resistance training, bodyweight exercises, conditioning circuits, and core work to deliver a well-rounded workout suitable for all fitness levels.
Whether you are looking to improve general fitness, support combat sports training, increase strength, or boost overall health, this programme provides progressive, coach-led sessions focused on proper technique and safe training practices.
Participants will develop strength, cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and resilience while training in a motivating and community-focused setting. All sessions are delivered by experienced coaches who prioritise safety, progression, and individual goals.
