THE BRIDGE

Spring Term 2026

A 6 week course for parents to spot strengths in kids, use their own in challenges & boost well-being, life satisfaction & resilience.

Summer Term 2026

Research has shown that children who have parents that are strengths-focused have higher levels of well-being, life-satisfaction and resilience.This 6 week course helps parents to:<ul><li>understand more about strengths and how to spot them in their children</li><li>identify their own strengths and how to use these when challenges arise</li><li>increase well-being and reduce stress</li></ul>Please note: By booking a ticket, you are reserving a place for the full 6-week course. Attendance at all sessions is recommended to get the most out of the programme. This course will run 12pm - 1.30pm every week, the dates for this course are as follows:28th April5th May12th May19th May**Half Term**2nd June9th June
