New to lifting? Learn the basics of strength training in a supportive, beginner-friendly session.

This session introduces the fundamentals of strength training, including basic lifts, safe technique and how to feel confident using weight racks. Ideal for beginners or anyone new to the Eleiko gym.

  • Suitable for beginners
  • Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in
  • Come dressed appropriately for physical activity
