Designed to build confidence with strength training, this session covers basic lifts and safe technique in a women-only environment.

This session introduces the fundamentals of strength training, including basic lifts, safe technique and how to feel confident using weight racks. Ideal for beginners or anyone new to the Eleiko gym.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in
  • Come dressed appropriately for physical activity
