Sunni is back! We are delighted to be offering this super fun event again this year with a bit of a twist. MRKH Canada are a sponsor of this event and also have their own challenge #5000metresforMRKH which MRKH Connect is also collaborating on. This year&#x27;s Strength with Sunni is all about strength and stretching to support walking, running or whatever you do to get the body moving and is just in time the 5000metres for MRKH event on 19th June.This event is a great way to log time together for #mrkh5000in50 but this event is open to everyone . So whether you have MRKH or not, whether you are doing the challenge or not why not come and join us for a super fun 45minutes with the amazing Sunni! We promise you won&#x27;t be disappointed!Sunni will lead us through this live strength training workout and discussion open to everyone. All you need is a mat (and a computer). Everyone will also be provided links to recorded videos by Sunni for you to do in your own time too. You can take it at your own pace and work within your own limits. Who is Sunni?Sunni was a past professional, world ranked, extreme athlete in the sport of wakeboarding. she has MRKH and advocated at numerous conferences and sits on the board for MRKH Canada. She is Canadian now living in sunny Florida with her husband, her rabbit Gloria and new baby tortoise!
