Join us for a fun event with the amazing Sunni Anne Ball!

Sunni (and Gloria) are back! We are delighted to be able to bring this great virtual event to promote strength and wellbeing. We have set this event up for #mrkh5000in50 but this event is open to everyone. So whether you have MRKH or not, whether you are doing the challenge or not why not come and join us for a super fun hour with the amazing Sunni!Sunni will lead us through this live training workout focusing on stretching, strength and connection and open to everyone. All you need is a mat or something soft underneath you (and a computer). Everyone will also be provided links to recorded videos by Sunni for you to do in your own time too and both Strength and Stretch with Sunni work great as a combined workout. If you joined us last time for Strength with Sunni then you know this is a lively session full of laughs to keep you motivated. You can take it at your own pace and work within your own limits. Save the date: S﻿unni will also be joining us for another session focusing on &quot;breath&quot; on 16th July at 16pm UK time / 11am EST. More info to come! Who is Sunni?Sunni was a past professional, world ranked, extreme athlete in the sport of wakeboarding. she has MRKH and advocated at numerous conferences and sits on the board for MRKH Canada. She is Canadian now living in sunny Florida with her husband, her rabbit Gloria and tortoise! This is an event not to be missed!
