Are you caring for someone at the moment?  Would you like to learn more about managing stress?

This workshop looks at various issues around ‘stress’ including; What is stress? What causes it? What changes do we experience? What impact can it have on ourselves and others? How can we reduce and manage it? The course is open to unwaged carers who live in, or support someone in the borough of Manchester. Once you sign up we will send you a confirmation email with a tutorial on how to access &amp; use Zoom, you will need a phone, laptop or tablet with a camera and microphone.
