Stress-Releasing Gong & Sound Bath Meditation

Enjoy an hour of meditative calming sound, using softly-played gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, flutes and percussion to induce a state of deep relaxation and calm, bring relief from anxiety and stress, raise your mood and improve your wellbeing.

To benefit from a gong & sound bath, it is ESSENTIAL to be COMFORTABLE & WARM!!

Bring a thick mat/s, 2 x pillows and quilt/blanket - essential to make a warm comfortable nest so you relax in a meditative state on the edge of sleep, the ‘Theta-wave state’ where healing, creativity, and intuitive insights take place. A 2nd pillow under your knees increases comfort.
