Action For Family Carers

<h1>GENTLE YOGA AND RELAXATION</h1><h3>Join Shelley, a qualified yoga instructor with many more strings to her bow.  You'll have a warm welcome and join other family Carers to enjoy the benefits of physical relaxation which, in turn, calms the mind.</h3><p>Leave the week behind and go into the weekend feeling relaxed and refreshed. </p><p>During this session we take time to reconnect with ourself and help the body and mind relax.</p><p>The class is guided through breathing exercises to quieten the mind, gentle yoga (mostly seated with a little standing) to stretch the body and release tension, finishing with a sound bowl relaxation. </p><p>Yoga and meditation are great practices for reducing stress and anxiety by taking time for yourself and learning to become more present.</p><p>This session is suitable for all. No experience necessary. Join the session every week on a Friday to set yourself up for a more relaxing weekend.  </p><p>You'll be sent a Zoom link and instructions to join (all very straightforward) - please DO check your 'spam' folder if you can't find the link.
