At Sentiré Pilates, we invite you to join our upcoming Stretch to Align Workshop, an educational and movement based experience designed to deepen your understanding of the body. On 24th April at 5:30 PM / 7:00 PM in our studio in Belgravia.
Stretching and elongation are essential components of a balanced movement practice. When we incorporate mindful stretching we support improved posture, increase joint mobility, reduce muscular tension and create greater efficiency in movement patterns. Over time this helps prevent injury and enhances overall physical wellbeing.
This workshop includes:
• An educational talk on alignment, mobility, and the role of stretching in the body
• A specialised Pilates session focused on controlled elongation and release
• Practical insights to integrate into your daily movement practice
