PLEASE NOTE: The route is fairly arduous includes path and road walking, with one steep uphill road, plus woodland trails with a steep downhill and uphill path. Coastal sea wall walking included.
Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
Nordic / Walking sticks recommended - optional.
Please bring your own refreshments plus UV protection.
Binoculars etc recommended.
Dogs permitted MUST be on leads at all times and cleaned up after.
CHECK IN POINT: Pub car park.
CHECK IN TIME: From 10.15am to start at 10.30am prompt.
Parking: Free parking at the pub or the public car park opposite the Public Hall.
