The Strong Base, Strong Race Workshop is a two-hour, hands-on session designed to change how you train for good.

We'll cover the strength and conditioning work that directly protects your body from the demands of running: glute loading, single-leg stability, hip hinge patterns, calf resilience, and the movement prep t

hat most training plans completely ignore.

Every exercise is specific to runners, every cue is practical, and you'll leave with a take-home PDF of everything we go through so you can build it straight into your training week.

What's included:

  • 2-hour coached S&C session using full strength and conditioning equipment
  • Injury prevention and resilience training specific to runners
  • Running form and movement prep
  • Take-home PDF covering everything from the session
  • Q&A time within the session
