Strong Girl x BOXPARK Wembley
Strong Girl is excited to partner with BOXPARK Wembley to host a Wellness Week as part of their Health and Wellbeing Campaign this January. The week will feature a series of daily fitness classes designed to showcase the power of community, fitness, and wellness. These classes will provide an opportunity to engage with Strong Girl’s already-established community while welcoming new members to experience our inclusive and empowering approach to fitness.
1. Warm-Up (5 mins): Dynamic stretches and planks to engage the core
2. Core Circuits (30 mins):
Circuit 1: Russian twists, leg raises, mountain climbers (3 rounds)
Circuit 2: Hanging knee raises, side planks, bicycle crunches (3
rounds)
3. Finisher (5 mins): High-intensity core combo (e.g., plank-to-push-ups, toe
touches)
4. Cool Down (5 mins): Stretching for the lower back and obliques
