After much request and so many mamas telling me they want to exercise but can’t without their babies — I see you! 💛
That’s why I’ve created Strong Mama, Happy Baby, a safe and empowering postnatal exercise class designed to:
- Safely rebuild core and full-body strength
- Boost your energy, circulation, and confidence
- Include your baby in the fun, so no need for a babysitter
- Connect you with other mums in a welcoming, supportive space
This is the very first class — come and be part of it from the beginning. Every move is suitable for postnatal mums and can be adapted to your stage of recovery.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable workout clothes
- Mat or blanket for you & baby
- Water bottle
- Your baby (of course!)
I'll bring the energy, the programme and some bits to keep bubba busy whilst you workout!
