Overview

Second seminar in the super resolution series, focusing on Structured illumination Microscopy (SIM) and principles of this technique.

The second session in the super-resolution series will focus on Structured Illumination Microscopy (SIM). We will start at 10am with a detailed seminar on the principles of the technique, past work and current work using this technique before moving on to discuss future possibilities. This will last 1-1.5 hours after which we will break and meet up at 13:00 to walk over to Quadram where we will use their SIM microscope. Bring your samples and hopefully we can get some great images. Any questions, please get in contact
