Zoe is a UK size 16 dance instructor, a Body Image Movement Global Ambassador® and a Health At Every Size® advocate who believes that all women have wonderful bodies and should celebrate their shape, whatever shape it is in. She, along with her team of beyond fabulous dance-fitness stars will teach you how to carry yourself, how to project confidence and how to learn to love what your mamma gave ya!
There is also a raffle and we will be having drinks afterwards in the bar!!

Tap Performance from Mum & Marj (73 & 67 and still rockin' it!)
Headmistress Zoe's Mum, Veronica and her sister Marjorie prove to us that age ain't nothing but a number as they don their tap shoes and fishnets
 
BodyLanguage Master Class
BodyLanguage is a sensual yet energetic dance session focusing on posture and grace and designed to change your internal dialogue and enhance what you communicate about yourself, to the world.
 
Strutology Master Class
The art of strutting one's stuff: It is the SASSIEST class in the STRUTosphere!! This empowering dance class will teach you how to carry yourself well, ooze self confidence and boost your esteem instantly. Bring trainers & heels! (optional but advised)
 
Belly Dance Performance & Master Class from Sunny Singh
Be prepared to be wowed by what Sunny can do with individual parts of his body and let him teach you how to make freinds with your belly! Society would have us believe that having a belly is wrong... We beg to differ, watch what we can do with ours!
 
Raunch Master Class
Described as Burlesque on steroids, this über-sexy dance class pushes the boundaries of conventional dance classes. Release your inner diva with fabulous floor work, seductive smouldering and raunchy rhythms!
 
Burlesque Performance von Kimmy Von Shimmy
Kimmy has been studying and performing Burlesque for 4 years and says that she is here to represent a larger woman who can be sensual and sexy. She that this often surprises an audience! Hoorah!
 
Let's Vibrate Master Class with Lydia Campbell
Lydia is the Mamma of the Fitness Industry and myofascia expert and is bringing her amazing class with vibrating balls to the event, to help us sooth our aching bodies. After a whole afternoon of WERQing it, we will need some TLC in the form of Let's Vibrate.
