About Studio Smithfield Launched February 2024, The Fashion Residency at Studio Smithfield is a new business development programme for fashion designers created in partnership between the Mayor of London, Projekt, Paul Smith’s Foundation, supported by British GQ and enabled through support from the City of London CorporationThe programme provides six early career fashion designers with access to 5,000sqft of communal and private workspace, and a programme of 60+ hours of business skills training from industry leaders. Topics include cashflow, production, marketing, e-commerce, merchandising and creative, and includes 10 hours of pro bono support from international law firm, Osborne Clarke LLP.
