This course will help individuals understand how to manage and respond to subject access requests (SAR)

This course will help individuals understand how to manage and respond to subject access requests (SAR) and ensure organisations have the correct framework to demonstrate compliance.

Why attend?

In this training session, we will provide individuals with in-depth guidance on how to identify, manage and respond to SAR. We will also take individuals through the mandatory and “good practice” policies and procedures organisations must and/or should have in place to enable compliance with data protection legislation.

This training session is aimed towards anyone with an interest in and/or responsibility for managing and responding to SARs, including but not limited to:

• Data Protection Officers (DPOs)

• Data Protection Practitioners

• Data Protection Leads

• Data Protection Teams

Registration will be from 9.00am including refreshments. The session will run from 9.30am until 12.30pm including a short break and time for questions.
