Course Description

This session will NOT be recorded.

Instigating and managing a difficult conversation can be daunting and there are some circumstances where senior leaders delay taking action in the hope that the issue will be resolved without their intervention. However, this course will demonstrate that it is much better to tackle problems at an early stage as this can prevent the situation from getting worse and is more likely to maintain good working relationships with colleagues.

This course is suitable for:

Headteachers, deputy headteachers and SLT including SBLs. Primary, secondary, special and APs suitable.

When will I receive the event joining instructions?

The final information, including how to join the live event, will be emailed to you at least 5 days before and again the day before the event date. Unless you advise us otherwise, we will assume that you have received the joining instructions. A refund will not be given for non-attendance on the grounds of joining instructions not being received, it is the attendee’s responsibility to ensure they have the information before the event.

Cancellation fees:

Within 31 working days - 25% charge

Within 14 working days - 50% charge

Within 7 working days - 75% charge

Within 3 working days - 100% charge
