Suffolk Learning Disability Strategy: My Health Focus Group
Overview
Ready to make a real impact and drive change in health and social care for people with learning disabilities and autistic people?
Join the My Health Focus Groups— be part of something that can make a difference!
Whether you’re a person with a learning disability, family member, carer, or part of a health or social care organisation, this is your chance to co-produce, share ideas, and shape the future.
We meet six times a year—both online and in person—creating a welcoming space to discuss what truly matters.
Why get involved?
- Co-production at its best: Have your voice heard and directly influence change.
- Expert insights: Hear from guest speakers in health and social care who are passionate about creating real change.
- Support your community: Help create a Suffolk that works better for people with learning disabilities and autism.
- Co-chaired by: Wendy Scott (Head of Quality Mental Health Learning Disability and Autism, ICB) and Mark Conquer (Expert with Experience Project Worker, Ace Anglia).
We believe YOU are key to making the changes that will improve lives. Together, we can build a brighter future—one where everyone’s voice matters. Don’t miss out—sign up, and be part of a something that’s making a difference!
