How do I access the online event?

If you have booked an online ticket you will be sent a link via email a couple of days prior to the event with a streaming link for you to join on the day.

Does the in person event have wheelchair access?

Yes, the building is accessible for wheelchairs.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

We are unable to process refunds less than 30 days out before the event.

Do I need to print my ticket for entry to the event?

Accepted Answer

No, you do not need to print your ticket. We will have a list of attendees at our registration desk so your name will be on this list already.

Will I be able to arrive late or leave early?

We have a packed agenda and will be working to strict timings, and we wouldn't want you to miss out on any of the valuable content! However we will have volunteers at the registration desk all day so if you do need to arrive late or leave early this is

If I have a dietary requirement, will I be able to eat the lunch?

Yes, our buffet lunch will have options for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diets. If you have an allergy that you'd like to make us aware of please contact jess@suicideandco.org.

What is the nearest tube/train station to the venue?

The official address is: Church House, Westminster, Great Smith Street, London, SW1P 3AZ. St James's Park and Westminster underground stations are both less than a 10 minute walk away. Victoria and Waterloo stations are within a 20 minute walk.

There is on street paring nearby but this is very limited.

Do I have to stay on the  online stream all day?

Accepted Answer

No, once you have the link, you can dial in and out of the event during the day to watch all of the sessions or just specific speakers, if you are balancing attending with your regular working day.

Will there be any online participation?

No, due to our schedule and timings, we will not be doing a live Q&A after each presentation or panel. Instead, if you have a question for a specific speaker, please scan the QR code in the online brochure. Speakers will be sent these questions to answer, and
