About this event

  • 12 hours

SUMMER HOP 🌱 aims to embody the spirit of WOTFEST over the past seven years, packed into a few hours of inspiration and connection.

The festival will commence with an industry-focused segment featuring prominent speakers who are activists, leaders, researchers, and experts in the beer industry.

We will share new data and insights, hear from industry trailblazers, and our 'WOT Topics' hour will showcase some of the action projects that are tackling issues and supporting the advancement of women in beer.

Attendees can expect talks, a roundtable, a guided tasting and social, where everyone, regardless of gender, is invited to participate and engage. We'll leave you feeling positive, connected, and empowered to take action in your own circles.

The day will run across three parts:

  • MAIN EVENT: The main part of the day will run from 10am - 3pm. Tickets are £15 full price (with limited £10 Barthhaas subsidised tickets available) include entry, a light lunch, WOT pin badge, and a drinks voucher to use at the taproom.
  • GUIDED TASTING: A guided beer tasting with limited availability and tickets at £12, this will run from 3.15 to 4.30 and includes 4x beers (thirds), bar snacks, and a WOT pin badge.
  • BEER SOCIAL: A Beer Social for women and allies will take place from 5pm with reserved seating and live music. Tickets for this bit are £5 with your first beer included and you'll get one of our WOT pin badges too!

All three elements are ticketed seperately so please buy for the bit or bits you'd like to come to.

Please note the event will take place across the Tasting Room, main taproom and (weather permitting!) in the beer garden where there is a small stage. The Tasting Room is accessed by stairs. Please contact us with any access questions or requests - we are happy to make adjustments where possible to ensure you can join us and get the most from the experience.
