Opening Circle


We will gather on the lawn and settle into the space together, here we will set our intentions. There will be a herbal infused water bar available to keep you hydrated throughout the day.

8:30 AM

Sunrise Flow


A gentle Hatha flow for all bodies. An opportunity to release any stagnant energy and blockages, creating space to the day ahead. This will be a grounding, breath led practice on the lawn.

Mindful Breakfast


We will sit together to enjoy a healthy nourishing breakfast, with a focus on grounding foods to support us for the day ahead.

Silent Walk in Nature & Meditation by the River


A short introduction to the intention of this practice before we walk as one down to the river bank for a guided meditation.

Journalling & Reflection


A guided journalling workshop and an opportunity to reflect on the morning and release anything that has surfaced.

Nourishing Lunch


We will gather together once again to nourish our bodies with home cooked and mindfully prepared dishes. There will be an opportunity to connect or rest here for a while.
