An energising and dynamic Vinyasa Flow class.
This class is a dynamic, fun and energising class to celebrate the Summer Solstice. We'll honour the sun with Sun Salutations and a focus on the Solar Plexus chakra Manipura. This class offers a chance to explore some of the more challenging poses that we don't often get to practice in our weekly classes.
