Women have gathered in ceremonious circles based on seasonal cycles and the moon throughout history. These circles were a ritual to connect with the natural world, each other, and celebrate the feminine. I'm hosting another intimate gathering to honour and celebrate Litha - the Summer Solstice.
Located in the stunning mountains of Glencoe, inside a 17th-century-inspired Turf Hut we will weave traditional practices and rituals with modern-age spirituality.
Litha is known as Midsummer or the Summer Solstice. This day marks the longest day and the shortest night of the year, symbolising the peak of the sun's power and the abundance of the earth. Litha is a time of joy, light, and gratitude.
Each moon circle is unique and intuitively led, they include ceremonial tea, meditation + grounding, journal prompts and most importantly connection through conversation & cake.
For this event, there will be a lot of DANCE, making flower crowns and a fire ceremony.
