Sun Salutations for Imara

Imara is an independent specialist service supporting children, young people and their family following a disclosure or discovery of sexual abuse.We are the chosen provider of therapy for all children under 12 and some young people 13-18 in Nottingham City. We also support our clients from a legal and advocacy perspective with our CHISVA service.

Join us for a month of weekly 108 Sun Salutations to honour Imara's clients: one salutation for each of our clients! 
 
Come weekly, come for the month!
Individual sessions by donation or seek sponsorship for all 432. 
 
WHERE/WHEN?

Can't join us in person? All sessions will be live streamed for you to join in at home, with friends, or at your current yoga studio. Can't make those times? We would love you to host your own event for Imara!

We believe you can! We encourage you to go at your own pace and there's no pressure to complete all 108. Sessions are suitable for people of all ages and abilities- we'll offer modifications and encouragement!
