Sunday Pages – A Gentle Weekly Hour of Reflection & Reset

Sunday Pages – A Gentle Weekly Hour of Reflection & Reset

Overview

A low-pressure journalling group designed to help you release the week behind you, settle your thoughts, & gently prepare for the week ahead

Sunday Pages – A Gentle Weekly Hour of Reflection & Reset

📍 Willsbridge Mill, Bristol BS30 6EX

🕓 4:00pm – 5:00pm every Sunday

🗓 Starting Sunday 7th January 2026

💷 £5 per session (Booked on website - fee applicable on Eventbrite)

Sunday Pages is a soft, supportive weekly space created to help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself before the week begins again.

This is not therapy, and it’s not a class. There’s no pressure to share, perform, or “do it right”. It’s simply an hour set aside for you to breathe out the week behind you, gently explore what’s been sitting in your mind, and set calm, realistic intentions for the days ahead.

Each Sunday we gather in a cosy, welcoming space at Willsbridge Mill with soft lighting, incense, herbal tea, and room to simply be. You’ll receive printed reflection prompts each week, designed to support self-awareness, emotional clarity, and a smoother transition into Monday.

A small optional note about the current moon phase is included for those who enjoy a subtle seasonal or reflective lens, but this is entirely optional and never required.

💜Why Weekly Journalling Helps

Journalling isn’t just writing, it’s a gentle way of listening to yourself. When you show up to it regularly, even for just one hour a week, it can quietly shift how you move through your life.

Benefits may include:

  • Noticing patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviour
  • Softening harsh self-talk and gaining perspective
  • Supporting mental and emotional wellbeing
  • Creating a consistent routine of self-connection
  • Setting clearer, more grounded intentions
  • Having a peaceful place to land each week

For many people, Sunday Pages becomes the pause they didn’t realise they were missing.

What’s Included

  • Weekly printed reflection prompts
  • A calm, cosy space with soft lighting, incense, and crystals
  • Herbal tea on arrival
  • Optional oracle card pulls
  • Optional gentle moon-phase guidance
  • A small, supportive group (around 12 people)

What to Bring

  • Your own journal or notebook
  • A pen
  • A bottle of water if you’d like
  • Comfy, cosy clothing to help you relax

Who Is This For?

Sunday Pages is for anyone who wants:

  • A quiet moment of peace each week
  • Gentle guided reflection and journalling
  • A soft way to set intentions
  • A calmer transition into Monday
  • A low-cost, accessible wellbeing practice
  • A welcoming space without overwhelm

No experience is needed. You don’t need a spiritual practice.

Just come as you are.

Why “Sunday Pages”?

Because sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause, listen, and give ourselves a little space before the world asks again.
