Need a fresh start to your week? Join us in person for Sunday Reset, your perfect chance to unwind and recharge. It's all about slowing down, clearing your mind, and setting positive vibes for the days ahead. Come hang out, connect, and get ready to tackle the week like a boss!

Our Sunday reset consists of two back to back classes starting with our GridFlex stretch class and ending wiith gentle flow yoga.

GridFlex is a slow, restorative movement class built around guided foam rolling and gentle walking resets. Using a structured nine-station format, the body is gradually unwound from the feet to the spine, allowing tension to release without force or fatigue. Each movement is simple, controlled, and shared by the whole room, creating a steady, grounding rhythm.

Gentle Flow Yoga. A slow-flow vinyasa class focusing on grounding and balancing your energy somewhere between passion and peace. Expect fluid movement and focused breathing, precision and alignment to strengthen your body, clear your mind, and harmonise your heart. The perfect way to close your weekend and reset for the week ahead.
