Sunday Sound Bath with 7 Dimensions Wellness CIC

Sunday sessions will be slightly different each week but will generally be a 2.5 hour session including gentle movement, relaxation and connection. We will begin with a warm welcome and plenty of time to find a comfortable space. We will begin with 15/20 minutes of gentle movement Qi Gong to activate the energy in the body. Then 15/20 minutes of seated relaxation/visualisation/meditation. Then we get down to business with an hour of beautiful healing vibrations from instruments which may include gongs, frequency tubes, drums, rain sticks, sound bowls etc. The remaining time is left for re-grounding, refreshements and sharing experiences if you choose. Sending you back home to sleep soundly and start your week calmly. Although free to those who need it these sessions hold a value of £30 per person, so kindly give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you cannot attend to allow someone else to book your place.
