A Sound Yoga Tarot Cacao experience. Spend an afternoon on our floating Yoga Studio to bring clarity to your dreams and intentions for 2026.

By mid January, most people begin to lose touch with their New Years Resolutions. Jo and David will be your hosts for an experience designed to bring your intentions back into a clear focus.

We will guide you on a deep and harmonious journey of movement and sound, and help you set 'doable' and fun intentions for the next 12 months.

• Cacao Ceremony, attuning to your self belief
• Breathwork to calm your nervous system
• An astrology guide for 2026 with a personalised Tarot card reading to help plot your year ahead
• Yin Yoga, accompanied by a live Crystal Bowl soundscape, composed to harmonise with each yoga position
• Gong Bath to soothe your soul.

Jo Culf aka The Gong Goddess enjoys travelling the world with her gong and loves to create unique experience events. She recently collaborated with gong players in the Sacred Valley of Peru, organising the London segment of the World Gong day.

Her signature style incorporates cacao ceremonies to help focus and attune, breathwork to soothe the soul or reenergise the system, gentle yin yoga to prepare your body for a deeper relaxation during her gong baths.

David Spofforth is a certified Sound Healer, trained with the Sound Healing Academy and Glastonbury Goddess Temple, specialising in Crystal Singing Bowl healing. He plays Sound Baths as "Enlightenment of Sound" in London, Glastonbury and Lima and is also a long experienced Tarot reader and astrologer.
