Sunday Write-In

Life isn't easy right now. We want to make sure people can still do what they love and feel part of a community.

The Sunday Write-In will take place over Zoom and be facilitated by Sarah Davy. All you need is a Zoom account, a quiet spot and plenty of biscuits!

You can keep your video on or off, whatever you feel comfortable with. It would be lovely to hear from you in our catch-up times, and you can use the chat throughout the day.

*Places limited to 25 participants*

Itinerary

10am - We'll start the session with hello's and set ourselves goals for the day including times for a teabreak

12.25pm - A quick check-in then lunch

1.30pm - Check back-in and see how we're all doing. Set afternoon goals and an all important teabreak

3.50pm - We did it! We'll check back in and celebrate what we achieved

4pm - Session end

If you would like to join in for just a morning or afternoon, that's no problem, just drop us a message so we know!

Sessions run fortnightly and are free or Pay If You Can (£5).

The session will take place on Zoom and the link will be emailed when you book. We'll also send a reminder an hour before the event.
