We meet at Sunrise on Saturday morning to dance, swim and socialise on the beach watching thr sun rising over the sea.

Celebrate the beauty of dancing on the beach in the early morning. An opportunity to connect with yoursef in the silence of the dawn, the music, the sea to dance on the beach with our friendly dance community. An absolutely freeing and beautiful event.

We use 'silent disco' headphones for an immersive experience. Once you put on those headphones, you'll be transported to another world by the ecclectic mix of music - Tribal, House, Electronic, Instrumental, Drum & Bass, World - and you can move and groove, bounce and stomp, hop and skip spontaneously to the beat. It is so much fun!

We dance to an eclectic array of music designed to get you moving and expressing yourself in a variety of ways. It's a great way to relieve stess, exercise and have a great time on the beach. We meet at the Branksome Chine Beach in Poole close to the water's edge to the right of Rockwater Restaurant (when you are facing the sea). Headsets are limited so please book or let us know you are coming so we can reserve a headset for you.

What to expect:

• Free flowing movement (there are no steps to follow, just your own rhythm and spontaneious moves to the beat).
• Immersive dance experience with headsets.
• We dance barefoot.
• This is a sober event.
• Everyone welcome - all ages and fitness levels.
• Freedom of moving in a gorgeous location.
• Connection to oneself, nature and other beautiful dancers.

What to wear:

• Dress warmly and have layers on as you can remove them when you get hot dancing.
• Swimming gear.
• Comfortable clothes you can move in.
• Bring a warm coat as it may be chilly in the early morning.

Please note: Photographs and videos may be taken for sharing with our dance community, social media and promotions. By attending this event, you give consent for images to be used. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let our facilitators know ahead of time.

Parking is available on neighbouring streets (Lakeside and Westminster Roads, Branksome BH16 6LR) or there is a pay and display car park at Branksome Chine Beach, BH16 6LP.
