Sunset Yoga - Thursday 15th August

Join us for a magical evening of serenity and relaxation as we celebrate the summer solstice with a sunset yoga wellness event in the stunning grounds of Pontefract Castle.

Group activities included in your ticket:

6pm Relax and reset to the sound of live pianist Scott Rawlings

6.30pm Gentle Hatha Yoga for all abilities

7.30pm Inspiring Workshop (full detail announced soon)

8.30pm Vinyasa Flow

9.15pm Moonlight meditation

All group activities are optional, please feel free to take part in as many as you like.

Additional indulgences available throughtout the evening for your mind and body (fees may apply): Tarot card readings, reiki, sound bath, goods from the hidden gem and wears from bodhi clothing.

And for the belly: There will be hot food and drinks available.

All food and drink must be purchased at the venue.

The event manager reserves the right to refuse admission or remove ticket holder from the event for unacceptable behaviour.

What will I need to bring?

A yoga mat and water bottle. We also recommend you bring lots of layers and a blanket if you wish. This event is a beautiful opportunity to connect with the earth being outside on top of a castle, for some this may feel a bit breezy and chilly later on.

What time does the event start and finish?

Gates open from 6pm, the event starts at 6pm and finishes at 10pm.

Do you offer refunds?

Tickets are non-refundable.

Are refreshments available?

There will be food and drinks available. You are not permitted to bring any food or drink (Only a bottle of water) into the event.

Is there any seating?

Limited seating available . Please bring your own yoga mat.

Do you take cash or card?

Most of our traders will welcome both methods, but some of our smaller stalls may only take cash.

Can I bring my children?

This event is suitable for age 14+ . Anyone under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Can i attend if pregnant?

We recommend participating in this event is not suitable for pregnant women.

Can I bring my dog?

No dogs allowed.

Parking is available in the many town centre car parks. Charges may apply. Please refer to the parking machine

Can I smoke during the event?

Smoking and vaping will be permitted in the smoking area situated at the gates of the Castle. Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside the Castle premises.
