This one-day workshop is suitable for anyone who is new to a management role and is looking for better ways of getting the best from their team. It is highly participative with a mixture of discussion, exercises and activities. Although all modules will be covered, the content will be flexible to meet the needs of those attending on the day.

Kate Wilde is a business adviser and Managing Director of Engage with Business Ltd, specialising in leadership and management development for small business owners. She helps founders step into their role as leaders, building confidence, strengthening decision making and shaping practical systems that make businesses run more smoothly. Kate’s approach is direct, supportive and grounded in real world experience, giving clients the tools they need to lead with clarity and purpose.
