The church-venue on the roundabout at Waterloo, rebuilt for the Festival of Britain in 1951, is committed to being here for you. Today we’re known as one of the most inclusive churches in London, champions of social justice and climate action. Through a year-round arts and culture programme, we run creative, community and therapeutic gardening projects for people with experiences of homelessness, isolation as well as local people in need. Our magnificent Grade II* building is also one of the best venues for hire on the South Bank.

<p>Join us for veggie/vegan pizzas as we welcome the Young Christian Climate Network in their Rise to the Moment relay to the UN Climate Change Conference, COP26, in November. Hear from A Rocha UK's Hannah Eves about YCCN's plans for COP26 and their work on climate justice, and from Canon Giles Goddard, Vicar of St John's Waterloo and Chair of Faith for the Climate. Members of the congregation and all our friends and local community partners are welcome!</p>
