This introductory workshop is designed for senior leaders and decision-makers who want to understand how improved information management and digital maturity can unlock value across manufacturing supply chains. The aim of the session is to raise awareness of the challenges caused by fragmented data and traditional information exchange methods, while exploring opportunities for greater interoperability and collaboration.
