HENRY – Support with Fussy Eating & SnackingWe know how exhausting it can be when every mealtime feels like a battle. Whether your child refuses certain textures, only eats beige foods, or snacks all day but won’t touch dinner—you’re not alone.

This supportive session is here to help take the pressure off. We’ll explore why fussy eating happens (including how neurodiversity can play a role), and share real-life tips that have helped other parents.

🍽️ Learn what’s behind fussy eating and grazing habits🍽️ Get practical, realistic tips to expand your child’s food choices🍽️ Hear ideas that work—from professionals and other families🍽️ Feel supported, not judged

This session is for parents and carers but children are welcome to listen along too.

Let’s make mealtimes feel a little easier, together.
