Good Supporter Experience is the bedrock to achieving lasting and meaningful relationships with your supporters.

The supporter experience conference 2022 will explore various topics and themes based on the learning of the past 12 months, as well as offering insights on the future of supporter care. This is a full day online event, with speakers sharing insights from charities who have used their skills to exceed expectations with supporters.We&#x27;ll give you the tools to implement a more cohesive strategy for engaging with supporters and even provide the opportunity to speak directly with supporters to understand their experience better.*﻿** TICKET SALES WILL CLOSE AT 2PM ON MONDAY 10TH OCTOBER ***

For analysis and research to help us improve our services and event management We are using Zoom to enable both live and on demand webinars. The personal information you provide to join a Zoom webinar will be stored outside of the EEA and UK under standard contractual clauses meaning that Zoom provide the same level of protection to your personal information as under the GDPR. You can view their privacy information at www.zoom.us If you are watching a live webinar and dependent on the webinar settings used by the host, other participants will be able to see the user name you provide, questions you ask and your image if you choose to use video. In all cases, the panellists and hosts will be able to see user names. All sessions are being recorded and will be loaded to our YouTube channel. Recordings will be available to be viewed by delegates for up to 3 months after the Event start date and will be accessed only via our app, CIOF 360.
