  • How Leeds Beckett University looks after the well-being of its students and apprentices


We are pleased to welcome Susan Askew from the National Autistic Society. Susan has worked with autistic children, students and adults for the last 20 years. In her current role as Employer Engagement Manager, she specialises in workplace support for autistic employees to enable them to reach their full potential.


She encourages and supports employers to make roles accessible to autistic candidates


The event will also include an overview of the Degree Apprenticeships available at Leeds Beckett University with a specific emphasis on our new Digital Marketer Degree Apprenticeship and a keynote talk from Dr Alan Shaw, ‘Measuring the Digital Goodness of Mumsnet’.


Kindly note: This event is for employers who are interested in finding out more about taking on an autistic apprentice.
