The course will explore child development and external factors that make transitions challenging, and take a solutions focused look at how best to support them
- A look at the Social Discipline Window and how that impacts children's development
- Barriers to emotional safety in a new environment and how we create it
- How we effectively balance relationships and boundaries
- Co-regulation to Teach Self-regulation
- Social skills support for young people
- Why resilience is low and how to build it
