A sustained, research based CPD programme aimed at Early Years leadership.

Course Description:

• A sustained, research based CPD programme aimed at Early Years leadership.​
• Delegates will be supported to develop and implement a strategy for supporting early language development in all children including those with speaking and understanding difficulties.​
• All sessions will be held in person, in Bournemouth.

Intended Audience:

Leadership CPD Early Years Leads, Senior Leaders. Head Teacher must attend first and final sessions to support whole school implementation.

Dates and Venues:

Delivery: Participants will attend six in person sessions and complete gap tasks between sessions.

About the facilitator:

Kelly-Marie Wyatt has many years' experience as an Early Years specialist and phonics lead. She has a passion for fostering a love of early reading and language development ensuring pupils receive the best education possible. Kelly has an unwavering dedication to ensuring she stays updated with the latest educational research.
