- Why consider an Educational Health Care Plan
- How to make a Parental Request for an EHC Needs Assessment
Warwickshire SENDIAS Service is commissioned by Warwickshire County Council through the charity Barnardo’s in line with the 2014 SEND Code of Practice. The service is independent of Warwickshire County Council. Our accredited team are trained in SEND law and can offer advice which is in line with the SEND Code of Practice (2014), the Children and Families Act (2014) and other relevant legalisation.
