We are proud to be delivering the Sure Start for Success programme in

partnership with Dudley Council. This programme supports Early Years Providers in the Region to scale up, embrace digital innovation and sustainability, and become investment-ready

This fully-funded programme is designed to help you:

• Fill places and boost occupancy

• Stand out from local competition

• Get control of your costs and cash flow

• Understand funding options and become investment-ready

Alongside practical content, each session builds in peer networking time, giving you space to:

• Share real, current pain points in your setting

• Learn how others are tackling similar challenges
