Surrealism Inspired Creative Workshops

Surrealism Inspired Creative Workshops

Overview

An afternoon of tuning into creativity and imagination through guided surrealist art exploration.

These workshops offer a creative and imaginatively engaged journey into surrealism-inspired visual art, with a different theme for each session.

Each workshop gently explores topics such as:

  • Well-being and self-care
  • Nature connection and environment
  • Intuition and inner guidance
  • Infinite imaginative possibilities and creative expansion
  • Personal expression and depth of thought

Sessions begin with some gentle movement, sound and guided meditation to help balance body and mind, tune into the imagination, and open creative flow.

You will explore a wide range of art techniques and approaches, including:

  • Both observational and automatic drawing
  • Painting, printing, collage, and mixed media techniques
  • Craft processes aswell as working with unusual or found objects

The workshops are designed to raise awareness and clarity, encouraging deeper reflection and offering positive, creative tools that can be carried into everyday life.

No previous art experience is needed - just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore.

Materials & refreshments provided (welcome to bring your own favourite materials)
All experience levels welcome
