About this event

  • 3 hours

Join Dominique and Errol for an intuitive, playful workshop designed to delve into the realms of masculine and feminine essences, and discover how they manifest within your own body.

This workshop offers a SAFE and FUN environment for exploration, where you can learn through embodiment movement exercises, primer breath techniques and a guided meditation as we teach you some NERVOUS SYSTEM FITNESS.

Leave the overwhelm, stress and busyness at the door as we teach you to explore the unique sensations and qualities associated with both masculine and feminine energies and how these can integrate more FLOW into your everyday.

Throughout this SAFE space, you'll learn to recognize and embody these energies within yourself, gaining a deeper understanding of how they influence your thoughts, emotions, and actions.

We will be using basic touch movements as a mirror to how we internally respond to physical touch, how we deal with surrender, trust and letting go of control.

Please note this is not a dance workshop, but we will be using basic movement to connect and regulate your body.

In the mists of challenge, uncertainty and the unknown, to CHOOSE trust is when you feel empowered in your life. TRUSTING in yourself gifts you trust in your human journey and enables you to soften and receive from others.

Dominique is a nurturing coach who helps humans come home from overwhelm and busyness. With over 15 years of coaching experience, she uses a wide varietes of modalities to make you feel safe and empowered in your human experience.

Errol is a passionate teacher of dance with over 10 years experience in Kizomba (African Tango.) He creates a grounded, safe space of flow and individual creativity.
