🌿 Surviving To Thriving Workshop


This gentle and empowering workshop is for anyone who feels like they’re just going through the motions, repeating the same patterns, or saying “yes” to life without really feeling present in it.

This session offers a pause. A chance to step out of automatic patterns and begin choosing how you want to show up in your life.

This is not about reinventing yourself or fixing your personality. It’s about building awareness of your patterns, strengthening confidence in your choices, and remembering that you have more agency than you may realise.


As always, Surviving to Thriving sessions are warm, supportive, and pressure-free. You are welcome exactly as you are.

🌿 What Will You Learn From This Workshop?

This workshop is welcoming, practical, and trauma-aware, with no pressure to share. You are invited to participate as much or as little as feels right.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of where autopilot may be running your life and gentle, realistic tools to help you step into awareness, confidence, and choice; at home, at work, and in your relationships.

Come exactly as you are. This is a space to slow down, reflect, and begin living with greater intention and self-trust.

These sessions are facilitated by Your Well-being Company in collaboration with Empowered to Thrive CIC. Supported by TMBC and GMCA.


💫 What You’ll Experience

💛 A safe, welcoming, non-judgemental space
🌿 Gentle practices to support calm and regulation (such as mindfulness, breathwork, grounding, and optional gentle movement)
✨ Time to slow down, rest, and reset
🎨 A calming creative activity to support self-expression and reflection
🌱 Practical tools to help you manage stress, overwhelm, and everyday challenges
🌈 Gentle support to rebuild confidence and take small steps forward when you’re ready


There’s no pressure to talk, share, or take part in anything that doesn’t feel right for you.

For many people, these sessions become the first step back into confidence, routine, community and making new friends and connections.
